Description –You get a quantity of 12 for each one your order and we have them in 36 different sizes. You can select the width and the length. They come in the following widths: .25, .375 .5, .75, 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, and 2 in. and the following lengths: 6, 6.5, 7, and 7.5in. The thickness is .050, which is almost twice as thick as other suppliers. It flexes and can be bent by hand easily and stays put to where it is bent. Out production process allows us to have higher quality and lower costs because we deal so much in aluminum. The picture shows a sanded finish, but they come smooth and shinny.

They can be bent, filed, punched, painted, drilled, anodized, machined, engraved, stamped, cut, sawed, and many more things we probably don’t even know about. They can be used as is or finished off to your artistic inspirations. Scratches and possible rough edges may exist and should be inspected carefully before using.

Some pieces may have magic marker on them or light scratches. Light scratches are common, magic marker is rare.

These ship flat and finishing of the surface, edges, and corners is left up to you unless you select one of the options:

Options:

Rounded Corners: This rounds the corners to about a 3/16in radius. This is done by hand so there is some variation from corner to corner.

Bend Cuff: This bends the cuff to a semi circle. It may or may not be a perfect fit for your application and may require further adjustment.

Deburr: This removes any sharp edges from the manufacturing process. Most people do this with a file or some sandpaper. We offer this option for your convenience.

Products specifications

Aluminum Type	3003 These angles or flats are made from 3003 Aluminum Alloy. This alloy is about 20% stronger than 1xxxx series having high strength and fatigue resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance. They are easy to work with and can be polished, brazed, welded, machined, drilled, riveted, bolted, cut, bent, re-bent, sanded, grounded, painted, filed, and buffed to an almost mirror like finish. It can be bent and re-bent more times than higher number alloys before it becomes brittle and breaks. Does not become brittle in extreme subzero weather and keeps its structural strength to 700-900 degrees Fahrenheit melting at about 1150 degrees. Its high electrical conductance is good for making electrical components or for using as grounding stakes. They dissipate heat quickly making for good custom thermal radiators and heat sinks of all kinds.
Cutting Warning	The use of circular saws can cause this material to jam and fly out violently. Most circular saws go too fast which cause the particles to become extremely hot and they fly much faster than wood that can create eye injuries.
Custom Lengths or Different Sizes	We can cut to length or cut different sizes for a cutting charge. For any profile less than 6in AND less than 1.5in height there is a $6 charge to cut the first piece, and $2 for each additional piece. For any profile wider than 6in OR higher then 1.5in there is a $25 cutting fee for the first piece and $5 for each additional pieces. Visual Requirements	These may have discolorations or splotches or scratches from time to time. This often looks white. This is rare, but if your application requires a good visual appearance please let us know in the notes section of your order so we may double check our stock and make sure you receive our best appearing pieces.
Packaging	This item is wrapped in 1.5 mill polypropylene plastic for shipping unless the Protective Packaging Option is purchased instead.
Protective Packaging Option	This option protects your items from shipping damage using reinforced packaging and insurance. The cost of using this option is $11.99 per order. It’s available at the time of check out as a drop down selection box. We must charge this much to cover our costs because the weight of the reinforcement raises the weight of the order enough that we are required to use the more expensive Priority or Parcel rates. Which items/situations need this? Items that are 48in or longer in purchase quantities of 3 or less AND have any dimension in the cross section area of 1in or less.
American Made	UAAC angles and flats are sourced and manufactured in the USA including all the raw materials that go into them. They are made in the states of NC and FL. Despite the lower price the quality is very consistent and high and we always strive to do better.
Savings	After you add up all the shipping and taxes UAAC standard product prices can run 1/4 to 3/4 the price of big chain sources depending on how many you buy. The more you buy the cheaper each angle or flat costs. And I always have them in stock. Compare and save!
Payment Information	Secured SSL Payment is done through the Paypal website by popular credit card or your Paypal account at the end of Checking out. Please pay immediately after purchasing as this simplifies the payment tracking process and will result in you receiving your item several days sooner. We handle some orders, such as bulk or distributor orders, over the phone.
Estimated Shipping Costs	Estimated shipping costs can be seen by adding the item to the shopping cart. Then go to your shopping cart and click on "Estimated Shipping".
Shipping	90% of our orders are standard stock items are shipped the same day if placed by 3pm Eastern time unless noted otherwise. We are hit about 97% in getting our shipments out by next business day If your delivery date is critical please contact us before ordering. Most items over $20 have shipping numbers. We have multiple shipping centers and will ship from the closest one whenever possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped and must be processed through return and refund process. Some items weighing less than 13oz may ship by stamped first class mail and will show no tracking information.
Issue Resolution	The fastest and best way to resolve an issue is to contact us directly by email or phone (six, seven, eight,)-(two, zero, zero)-(zero, eight, six, two). Do not open a Paypal case as it creates extra labor for us and can delay the resolution process by up to 30 days. Once a case is opened they draft the full purchase price of the item from our account and do not restore it for up to 30 days after the case is closed. This increases our product costs and lowers our customer service to you and future customers. Only open a case if you can-not resolve the issue by contacting us first.
