Description – This service is for prismatic engraving for name plates and signs. They measure 1.5in x 4in to 1.5in x 45.5in. Long. The letters measure about 1in high. The prismatic engraving technique allows the letters to have a very high contrast under certain lighting conditions. There is no paint to fad and its made out of aluminum so it should last for almost ever. We offer this in anodized version as well which is a significate improvement in quality, durability, and in contrast.

Its up to you to mount them with the method of your choosing. This can be by use of double stick foam tape or by drilling holes and screwing it down. You can have up to 43 characters including spaces on one piece of metal. Please include in the notes section of your payment what you would like us to engrave. Because of the unique technology that is used it produces lines slightly different than you might expect. Some of the straight lines of letters are not perfect, but it’s hard to see from two feet or more.

Note: Lengths of 12in or more are often subject to bending in shipment. We offer a protective packaging option for $11.99, however, many people purchase one of our 24in aluminum angles and we will bundle with your order.

We handle some orders, such as bulk or distributor orders, over the phone.
Shipping	90% of our orders are standard stock items are shipped the same day if placed by 3pm Eastern time unless noted otherwise. We are hit about 97% in getting our shipments out by next business day If your delivery date is critical please contact us before ordering. Most items over $20 have shipping numbers. We have multiple shipping centers and will ship from the closest one whenever possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped and must be processed through return and refund process. Some items weighing less than 13oz may ship by stamped first class mail and will show no tracking information.
Packaging	This item is wrapped in 1.5 mill polypropylene plastic for shipping unless the Protective Packaging Option is purchased instead.
Issue Resolution	The fastest and best way to resolve an issue is to contact us directly by email or phone (six, seven, eight,)-(two, zero, zero)-(zero, eight, six, two). Do not open a Paypal case as it creates extra labor for us and can delay the resolution process by up to 30 days. Once a case is opened they draft the full purchase price of the item from our account and do not restore it for up to 30 days after the case is closed. This increases our product costs and lowers our customer service to you and future customers. Only open a case if you can-not resolve the issue by contacting us first.
